MCC Membership Terms and Conditions
These Membership Terms and Conditions apply to all participants who purchase a Mini
Creatives Club Membership (“Membership”). By purchasing a Membership, you agree to be
bound by these Terms in addition to the general Mini Creatives Club Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership Overview
1.1 The Membership provides access to Mini Creatives Club weekly sessions, subject to
availability and scheduled programming.
1.2 The Membership is designed as a recurring subscription service for creative and sensory
play experiences for children.
2. Fees and Payment
2.1 The Membership fee is $140 AUD per month.
2.2 Payment is charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis.
2.3 Payment confirms ongoing access to the Membership benefits for the relevant billing
period.
2.4 Mini Creatives Club reserves the right to amend Membership pricing with reasonable
notice. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles only.
3. Membership Inclusions
3.1 Each Membership includes four (4) session credits per monthly billing cycle.
3.2 One credit is valid for one child’s attendance at a scheduled session, unless otherwise
specified.
3.3 Membership includes priority access to session bookings before general ticket release.
3.4 Membership access is subject to session availability and venue capacity.
4. Credit Usage
4.1 Credits are issued at the start of each billing cycle.
4.2 Credits must be used within the applicable monthly billing period.
4.3 Credits do not automatically roll over to the following month unless expressly permitted
by Mini Creatives Club.
4.4 Mini Creatives Club may, at its discretion, allow limited rollover credits in exceptional
circumstances.
5. Cancellation
5.1 Membership may be cancelled at any time by providing at least seven (7) days’ notice
prior to the next billing date.
5.2 Cancellations will take effect from the end of the current billing cycle.
5.3 No refunds will be issued for partially used Membership periods or unused credits.
6. Rescheduling and Session Availability
6.1 Session attendance is subject to availability and must be booked in advance using
Membership credits.
6.2 Mini Creatives Club does not guarantee availability for any specific session.
6.3 Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather conditions or unforeseen
circumstances. In such cases, credits will be adjusted accordingly.
7. Supervision and Responsibility
7.1 Parents or guardians must supervise their child at all times during sessions.
7.2 Mini Creatives Club is not a childcare service and does not assume responsibility for
child supervision.
7.3 Participation is at the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian.
8. Health, Safety and Allergies
8.1 Parents must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to
participation.
8.2 Sessions may include sensory materials, food-based elements, and outdoor
environments.
8.3 Mini Creatives Club does not provide an allergy-free environment.
9. Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mini Creatives Club accepts no liability for
injury, loss, damage, or illness arising from participation in any session.
9.2 Participation in all activities is at the participant’s own risk.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. General
10.1 Membership is personal and non-transferable.
10.2 Mini Creatives Club reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated
Terms will apply to future billing cycles.
10.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

By purchasing a Mini Creatives Club Membership, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
